Warranty

All products sold on this website are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty provided in the documentation included in the product packaging.

To use the Warranty Assistance, the Customer must keep the receipt or invoice proving the purchase.

By accepting the purchase contract, the Customer acknowledges the assistance procedures in force when using the Warranty Assistance.

If the Customer is a private Consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form), the guarantee is 24 months pursuant to of Legislative Decree 24/02 and applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation.

In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.).

To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided.

The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.

No damage can be requested from Farmacia della Condotta for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements carried out by the Service Centers chosen by the Customer.

 

Product not working on delivery

In the event of a non-functional product upon delivery, Farmacia della Condotta will directly replace or repair it.

The notification of a product not working on delivery must be made immediately and in any case within 48 working hours from delivery to the address info@farmaciadellacondotta.it.

Within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, the customer must send the goods to the address that will be communicated by our customer service.

In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced) to its Customer, Farmacia della Condotta may proceed at its discretion to return the entire amount paid or replace it with a product from equal or superior characteristics.

The timing of replacement or repairs depends exclusively on the manufacturer's policies.

Attention, the term "product not working on delivery" does not mean the product received damaged due to transport to the Customer's home.
