Drugs with prescription
Here you will find the accompanying form for your prescriptions: from the National Health System (red prescriptions or the reminder of the new electronic prescriptions) or on the letterhead of the doctor or hospital.
The pharmacists will be responsible for interpreting and managing them.
If you need to use a particular brand (for example equivalent drugs) or if you are already taking the drug and have it at home, you can also photograph the packaging.
Rules for a good photograph: Frame the entire recipe, including the codes at the top, place the package in use, if any, on the unwritten central part.
