PREPARATION OF THE ORDER
From the moment you place an order on this website, the time it takes to prepare your package and then ship it depends on the availability of the products.
If during the fulfillment of an order a product is no longer available, because it is out of stock or in production, an e-mail will inform you of the inconvenience and your order will be updated with the elimination of the unavailable item. The other products will be shipped and the amount of the unavailable item will be automatically deducted from the total expense indicated at the time of purchase, regardless of the payment method chosen.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY BY COURIER
Once the package with all the products you have purchased has been prepared, Farmacia della Condotta will send it to you. If you have made the payment by bank transfer, Farmacia della Condotta will ship your order only after verifying the actual crediting of the amount due. We therefore recommend that you send proof of payment by e-mail to ordini@farmaciadellacondotta.it, in order to speed up checks and therefore shipping.
Delivery takes approximately 5 working days. This number does not depend on our means as the carrier is an independent subject from Farmacia della Condotta. However, in case of delivery delays, please report it via email to ordini@farmaciadellacondotta.it in order to quickly contact the carrier and resolve the problem. Similarly, if any unforeseen events occur during the fulfillment of the order (delays, exhaustion of a product, etc.), we will promptly inform you via e-mail of the status of the order.
We remind you that deliveries take place throughout the national territory at variable times depending on the itinerary of the courier employee. If you are absent at the address indicated in the order, the courier is obliged to fill in a notice of passage containing all the telephone numbers necessary for the release of the shipment. In the event that no notice of passage is issued to you, we invite you to immediately notify our Customer Service.
In order to avoid such unpleasant inconveniences, we advise you to indicate your telephone number in the order notes, which we will transfer to the courier exclusively for the purpose of finalizing the delivery.
Shipping costs for Italy are € 5.5 for orders below € 39, € 3 for orders below € 59.
